Sept. 15 marks the start of National Hispanic Heritage Month! This annual celebration acknowledges the history, culture, and contributions of Americans whose ancestry can be traced to more than 20 countries in Latin America, including Mexico, Central and South America, and the Caribbean.

What a strong start we have had to the 24-25 school year! We are thrilled to have over 550 Hornets in the nest this year! Please help us kick off the year at our Welcome Back BBQ this Friday, Sept. 13th from 5:30-7.

What an epic year of learning this has been! I was able to share a report with our School Board about our successes this year, and I highlighted students and their enthusiasm for our new learning about the world through Amplify CKLA, our knowledge-building literacy curriculum.
