Friday afternoons at Highland are an exciting place to be. Groups of teachers have dedicated time to meet in professional learning communities, purposeful groups of teachers who share responsibility for students and their learning.

Thank you for making time to be a part of your child’s fall conference. We don’t take it for granted that you would spend time rearranging your schedule to make this connection happen.

Your students have been working HARD on showing what they know on important assessments for reading and math.

It’s been an exciting start to the school year here at Highland! Students are settled into their new classrooms, our new Hornets are getting connected into our community, and we are buzzing with learning!
